Schedule your pick up
Choose your pick up date then select your treatments and preferences. We’ve made it as simple as possible for you to get your unwanted chore done!
On pickup day
Send your clothes in any disposable bag for the first cleaning and we will send them back folded in personalised laundry bags that you can keep and reuse. We will send your reminders the day before and again on the day to make sure you never forget when laundry day is coming.
Your Delivery Day
Once your laundry has been clean and folded we return it to you within 48 hours*. With your laundry done, you are free to enjoy the rest of the day.
Not home?
No worries! If you won’t be home on the first delivery, you can leave in your laundry in baskets or in bags which we will return to you with your fresh laundry, as well as laundry bags for you to use next time! For more great information check out our pick up and delivery tips.
