These guys are absolutely amazing the communication is a class my clothes are done amazing and let me tell you when you have a physical disability the bags they come in make is so easy for me to put away not to mention how fresh my clothes are when they are done I'm glad I found you after the flops I had.. I would like to say The Wash Laundry Services from the second I started using this service is amazing. I'd rate it as one of the top 5 companies I've had dealings with, this means to me, they're a package deal. From contact with staff, delivery drivers, the app function, the cost, turn around time, all of it, I couldn't be happier. The most satisfying thing is that they take care of a large job I'm simply unable to do with my laundry appliances at home. knowing that I don't have to worry about how I can launder these items is a massive relief for me and I know I get brilliant service every time.
I'm sure the amazing folks at The Wash hear this all the time, but as a full time Deaf, autistic and ADHD parent of kids who are also autistic and ADHD... trying to manage all the ins and outs of my life is generally overwhelming and a lot. there have been so many obstacles finding and receiving the support needed just for me to have a decent quality of life, and so often feel like I am barely keeping up on everything. not having to worry about my laundry even occasionally is so amazing sometimes I want to have a little relief cry. So I want them to know it makes a big difference to me and I really appreciate it so much there really are not enough words.
